Product Discovery Artefacts // User Research Round 1
I used the old version of Elements for the initial round of research. I have conducted interviews with researchers and administrators at the University of Georgia and University College Dublin, focusing on the key workflows as well as pain and frustrations associated with using Elements 5.5. I have written a report summarising the research findings - it helped to inform the design decisions and to validate the roadmap.

During our European User Event, I ran a workshop asking users for feedback using the new design concepts. Tagging the responses and grouping them helped to uncovered common themes that informed the next round of refinements.
